Why was my credit card declined?


If your card is declined during checkout, don't panic.

Be sure to double-check the following to ensure you entered them correctly:
-Expiration date
-Security code/CVV (Card Verification Value)
-Billing address - does it exactly match the one on file for your card?

If everything looks correct, we ask that you contact your bank or credit card company; unfortunately, we cannot provide an explanation for why it was declined.
