You may see two identical transactions on your statement - the first is not a charge but actually a hold (sometimes called a "pre-authorization" or "pending authorization") added by your bank when you submit your order to ensure funds are available before the actual charge is processed. Once your order ships and the actual charge is added to your account, the hold will disappear.
It can take several business days for your bank to remove the hold; if you have any concerns, we recommend that you speak directly to your bank. However, if you prefer, we're more than happy to speak to them on your behalf! (Seriously. We'll do that for you.)
