Why is your app/mobile site running slowly?

If you're having difficulty loading the Vitacost mobile site or app, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

1. Check your network connection. 3G or low-bar connections may have trouble loading the Vitacost.com mobile site or app.

2. Close background apps to free up phone resources.

3. Close the app or browser and re-open.

4. Clear your browsers cache. (Follow iPhone instructions here; Android instructions here.)

5. Power phone off, then back on.

6. If the website or app is still not operating properly, make sure your mobile OS is up to date.
