Why am I not getting transactional emails?

 

Emails regarding your Vitacost.com account or most recent order as in order/shipping confirmations may be in your junk or spam folders. If they are in your spam folder, mark the emails you receive from us as "safe." Otherwise, anti-spam software can block legitimate emails you wish to receive. You can also add orders@vitacost.com to your email address book to make sure you never miss an important email.
