What if a product in my Autoship order is discontinued?

 

If an item in your Autoship order is discontinued, it will be automatically removed from your next scheduled order. We’ll send you a notification about the discontinued item to the email address we have on file for you. The good news is that Vitacost.com carries nearly 40,000 products to choose from, so you can always browse our website for a similar product to replace the discontinued item in your order.

To add a new item to your Autoship order:

1. Visit the Manage Autoship page and select the Autoship order you want to update to get started.

2.  Select “+ Add more items” and use the search bar to find products to add to your order or browse our Autoship favorites, then click the “Add to Autoship” button.           After adding an item to your Autoship order, you can adjust the item quantity and click the "Update order" button to save your changes.

 

Any changes to your Autoship order(s) must be made 24 hours before the scheduled order date.
