DHL Global Mail uses the local postal service within Brazil for final delivery of all packages. Correios, the local postal service, is currently on strike in Brazil. We do not have information on an end date for the strike at this time. Due to the strike, packages already in transit as well as any future shipments may be delayed in receipt by up to several weeks. As a result of the strike, we will require additional time for packages to be considered lost. This extra time is applicable to all packages shipped since 08/25/2019, until the strike is over.
