Please ensure the "billing address" on the order is correct. This error message occurs when the billing address & zip code cannot be validated with the payment method used on the order. You can update your account billing details by visiting My Account followed by Account Settings > Manage Credit Cards. From here, please remove the billing information and reenter it. After updating the billing information, please try reprocessing the order.
If you are still experiencing issues, we recommend deleting your browsers cookies. Please follow the browser-specific instructions outlined below for deleting your cookies and temporary files.
Please note: When you clear your cookies, you will lose temporary information, like the contents of your cart.
Google Chrome
1. Click the menu button and select “Settings”
2. At the bottom of the page click “Show advanced settings”
3. Under the “Privacy” section click on “Clear browsing data”
4. On the menu that pops up, make sure the “Cookies and other site and plugin data” box is checked
5. Select “the beginning of time” from the drop down menu to delete everything
6. Click “Clear browsing data”
Internet Explorer
1. Click the tools icon and Select “Internet options”
2. On the “General” tab towards the bottom, click “Delete” in the “Browsing history” section
3. On the menu that pops up, make sure the “Cookies and website data” box is checked
4. Click “Delete”

1. Click on the Firefox button and then select “Options“
2. Select the “Advanced” tab
3. Click on the “Network” tab
4. In the “Cached Web Content” section, click “Clear Now”

1. On the Tools menu, click “Delete Private Data”
2. On the "Delete private data" screen, click “Details”
3. Make sure the "Delete all cookies" and "Delete entire cache" boxes are checked
4. Click “Delete”

1. Click on the Safari menu
2. Select “History”
3. Click “Clear History and Website Data”
4. On the menu that pops up, choose how far back you want your browsing history cleared
